SUMMARY

Cultivation Techs will assist with all aspects of cultivation and occasionally assist in post-harvest.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Cultivation Techs report to the Master Grower and ultimately to the Company President.

Must be 21 or over to work at Paragon Growers and must submit to a background check per CRA Requirements.

Typical shifts are 8 hour days 5 days per week with the occasional opportunity of overtime.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist with Propagation, Vegetative and Flowering Stages and Harvest including: Cleaning/Sanitizing, Cloning, Defoliating, Transplanting, Trellising, Shucking/Bucking and occasionally assisting with Trimming

· Set-up and tear down of production areas

· Comprehend and follow all warning labels and instructions in facility SOPs

· Learn and use applicable tools/equipment such as: Light Meters, pH/EC meters and basic garden implements.

· Must stay current and adhere to all state and federal policy and regulations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT

· Regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms

· Frequently required to walk, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

· Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; work in hot/cold or humid conditions; exposed to fumes or airborne particles

· Available to work 45 hours per week and weekends when requested

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in agriculture and specifically cannabis cultivation is a plus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Self-motivated

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to take direction
